hooray for the 44th!

yesterday was a great day. i talked to my mom who is currently in maryland at my aunt's house and i had called just when bush was getting into the helicopter to leave. i could hear everyone gleefully saying that this was the part they had been waiting for. then afterwards i called my dad and he said seeing bush leave in that helicopter was the greatest thing he had seen in 8 years! we are all very excited to have barack as president! i thought first lady michelle looked lovely in that yellow dress too. AAAAAAAAHHH! i am so excited!

im going to california!

this weekend to see my brother. it will be a quick trip but i havent seen him in a long time so it will be very nice!

hmm well nothing else exciting or interesting to post about...

happy 2009!

this year is going to be great! i went bowling for nye, and as it turned midnight everyone cleared the lanes and just made a racket with their noisemakers and such. so there i was staring at all the empty lanes and glowing pins (it was glow bowl) and i decided to go for it. i ran out and grabbed a ball and chucked it and i got a strike! what a way to start off the new year! and i mean i am horrible at bowling!

also i started toasting to obama! i am so excited for him to be sworn in!!
